Koya Webb is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, holistic health coach, author, speaker, and vegan activist whose core mission is to promote daily self-care, oneness, and eco-friendly living to combat some of the worlds biggest challenges, including mental health, social injustice, and global warming.

Daily Course Outline

When you become aware of your fears and can acknowledge your feelings and thoughts without attaching to them, viewing them as friends here to teach and guide you, then (and only then) can you live into your fullest self-expression, whatever that is for you.

During today’s lesson and practice, Koya guides you deeper into self-awareness. Into seeing what fears or fear-based beliefs might be holding you back that you can bring love and light to, in order to create greater freedom to live the life you were destined to live.

Today and every day, it’s important to hold this truth in your heart:
“There's no shame in wanting to be loved. There's no guilt around not being perfect. You are loved and you are not alone. You are perfect just the way you are. You are here at this time for a specific reason. And we are in this together to grow and thrive.” ~ Koya

Compassion opens the door to freedom.

After becoming aware of and acknowledging your feelings, it's important to lean into comfort and compassion. It takes time to be comfortable with the uncomfortable. It's a lifelong process that starts with you.

In today’s lesson and practice, Koya guides you through greater self-awareness to discover ways in which you hold yourself in high regard … and the ways in which you don’t. By doing this practice, you will get a clear sense of who you believe yourself to be, today, so you can bring kindness and love to all of you and, also, to this journey.

So far in this course, you’ve acknowledged your fears and past pain. You’ve aso brought loving attention and compassion to the whole of who you are. Now it’s time to dig deeper and see if there’s anything holding onto you. Meaning, it’s time to better understand if there are unresolved triggers that need healing—and to take the necessary steps to free yourself from the pain.

Today, you will learn Koya’s transformational writing process in order to express your feelings in a way that allows you to forgive, let go, and move on.

Recent studies have found that counting your blessings on a regular basis not only leads to feeling more optimistic and enjoying a greater overall satisfaction in life, but it also can have some pretty amazing physical and emotional benefits as well. Additionally, people who practice gratitude are more creative, bounce back more quickly from adversity, and have a stronger social relationship with those around them.

Today with Koya’s guidance, you will discover the power of gratitude and begin to understand how you can incorporate the practice of grounding into gratitude into your daily life.

All experiences teach us something, as long as we're willing to learn from them. Reflection is the art of learning from these experiences. Moments from your past can teach you valuable lessons, if you take the time to look for and understand the lessons held in each experience.

Today, Koya introduces you to her personal reflective practice. By adopting this practice in your own life, you can use it as a tool to remind yourself of your successes and achievements, especially in moments of self-doubt and criticism.

As you learn to identify skills you may need to develop or improve, it's important to give yourself grace. Reflection is a beautiful journey of self-development.

Studies have shown giving and receiving love is connected to happiness. Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength. And loving someone deeply gives you courage.

So far in this course, you've acknowledged your pain, you've nurtured yourself with compassion, you forgiven, and you're grounded in gratitude. You've even reflected on how you can grow. Now it's time to get loved up!

In today’s lesson and practice, you’ll learn how to create a Love Bank. This is a great, effective way to raise your vibration and feel good about yourself and your life by understanding and celebrating all the ways you love to express love.

Limiting beliefs can be some of the biggest blocks keeping you from feeling fulfilled. Or from expressing yourself, pursuing your passions, and living authentically.

By identifying and releasing each of your limiting beliefs around loving yourself, you open yourself up to a whole new level of love.

In this lesson, you will move through the process of self-love by addressing limiting beliefs and, through today’s guided meditation and journal prompt, address your limiting beliefs through a powerful reframing exercise that allows you to move forward into love.

Creating daily rituals allows you to live in greater harmony with yourself. Whether you call it “discipline” or “consistency,” the heart of matter is the same: You can find true freedom in the practice of living with greater intention. In making each day sacred.

In today’s lesson and practice, you will explore the power of creating and honoring the daily choices that empower you to nurture yourself and prioritize your own needs.

The consistency of uplifting habits is what keeps dreams alive. Consistent work, creativity, and practice will help you stay in alignment with your desires. And so will love and faith, the belief that something you can’t see or touch really exists.

In today’s lesson and practice, you’ll look at the instrumental role faith plays in facing your fears and how to practice faith in such a way that you rise above any challenge.

We all want to leave a legacy because we want to know our lives mattered.

So often, we don’t intentionally look at our life through the narrow lens of a single important question: What legacy will this leave?

Yet, the more clearer and intentional you get with the life you are creating, the more clearer and intentional your legacy will be. That’s because your legacy is a pathway to guide you in making decisions. About how to live, who to serve, and what opportunities to accept or decline.

Gaining clarity on what you want your legacy to be can give your life meaning, purpose, and clear direction.

On this final day of Bravely You, you’ll gain clarity and confidence about what you want your legacy to be, and knowing that will help you create your vision for life going forward.
