10-Day Community Yoga Challenge

Wring out your worries, flow to feel good, and rediscover what yoga can do for you when we practice together.
 

The doors of our virtual studio are open. All are welcome.

The reality is simply this: When we move our bodies mindfully, we feel better physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

On our mats we find what we need, when we need it, whether that’s a work-in or a workout. You just need to show up.

Here's how it works:

  • Each day, we will send you an email with three classes: One each for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.
  • Classes will be a mix of options from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, and from totally chill to completely sweaty.
  • Explore different styles from Hatha and Vinyasa to Yin and Yoga Nidra with some of the world's best teachers.

It doesn’t matter what path you choose; what’s important is that you find what works best for you and your body.
