The wall is one of the most useful props available to us in our yoga practice. It serves as a boundary for our body, a measurement tool for alignment, and a stable support.  This class pack features dynamic sequences that are short and sweet — and potentially sweaty.  

The movements are accessible for those new to yoga, yet challenging and nuanced enough for even the seasoned practitioner. If you're looking to refine the way you practice, move your mat to the wall!

This series includes five 20-minute and three 45-minute classes. The only prop you need is the wall.
