Day 1: Working with Big Feelings with Michael Beckwith, Dr. Siva Mohan, and David Kessler + Practices with Biet Simkin, Dr. Siva Mohan, and Schuyler Grant

Learn effective ways to quell unhelpful mental habits and toxic thought patterns. No matter how embedded your negative thoughts are, it IS possible to change them or, at least, quiet them so they no longer determine your actions, habits and character.

Day 2: The Spiritual Journey with Marianne Williamson, davidji, Sadhguru, and Russell Brand + Practices with Adriene Mishler and davidji

So many of us struggle to find a solid relationship to spirit, or even to define what spirit means to us. Here we offer several teachers with different and profound insights to share: Marianne Williamson, Sadhguru and Russell Brand. Together they point us toward the great mystery of what it means to be alive.

Day 3: Healthy Digestion with Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Mary Pardee, and Dr. Pedram Shojai + Practices with Colleen Saidman-Yee and Dr. Jim Gordon

Doctors Mark Hyman, Mary Pardee and Pedram Shojai give you the tools you need to optimize digestion—or troubleshoot with your primary care physician if things aren’t going so well.

Day 4: Sunlight & Your Circadian Rhythm with Dr. Roger Seheult + Practices with Mickey Hart and Zakir Hussain and Tony Riddle

Your relationship with the sun is critically important for your health. In this lesson Dr. Roger Seheult – quadruple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine – explains how to manage your sunlight exposure for optimal sleep quality, immunity, and mitochondrial health.

Day 5: Your Role in Healing Society with Charles Eisenstein, Justin Michael Williams, and Sharon Salzberg + Practices with Seane Corn and Charles Eisenstein

We are not separate from the societal systems we live in; they directly impact our well-being, and we are all responsible for shaping those systems. Today you’ll learn how your own healing has a ripple effect on society at large.

Day 6: Planetary Regeneration with Paul Hawken, Finian Makepeace, and Warren Brush + Practices with Caley Alyssa and Jack Kornfield

Today we dive into how you can be part of the regeneration of planet earth. You’ll hear from legendary activist Paul Hawken as well as experts in regenerative agriculture and permaculture.

Day 7: Setting Intentions & Living Your Purpose with Deepak Chopra, Brendon Burchard, and Danielle LaPorte + Practices with Murray Hidary and Light Watkins

In this lesson you will examine your intentions and goals in light of what you’ve learned over the previous six days. Deepak Chopra, Brendan Burchard, and Daneille LaPorte each offer strategies to clarify and achieve your greatest desires.
