To help, we gathered lessons from 14 master teachers and spiritual leaders to create this Spiritual Survival Guide. These are the brightest minds in wellness, spirituality, mental and emotional health, and mindful movement. Every day for 7 days, they will offer you effective tools to help cope with the stress and anxiety of this challenging moment.
By taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually, you are better equipped to take care of those around you and our society as a whole.
This pandemic has created a global crisis of uncertainty and disconnection. We are being asked to change our daily routines, face the unknown, and isolate ourselves when we crave connection and comfort the most.
In response, the Spiritual Survival Guide addresses three primary states of our suffering: psychological (fear, frustration, anxiety), physical (interrupted routines, motivation for healthy movement), and social (loneliness). We know many of you are also experiencing extreme financial hardship, and while this course does not directly address that topic, we hope these practices help with the stress of your situation.

"Humans are not strangers to suffering. As Marianne Williamson refers to in Lesson 1, the human story is a story of suffering: from the suffering of the Israelites in Egypt, to Jesus on the crucifix to the very bedrock of why Siddartha wandered through Nepal. And through suffering comes meaning. Through the wound comes the salve. Together, we will emerge on the other side and we will need to work together to write a new human story of connection, empathy and compassion and not of separation. Let’s do this together."
