GUEST’S WAIVER, RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Commune Topanga - 22722 Chamera Lane, Topanga, CA 90290 (“the premises”)

Guest, or guest’s legal guardian, must complete and sign this waiver and release in its entirety prior to participating in any
activity while on the premises. In the event this waiver and release is not completed and signed, Guest may not participate
in any activity while on the premises.

By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to relieve the premises, Chamera LLC, and any and all of its owners, all
affiliated individuals and entities, now and forever of liability for personal injury, wrongful death, any lost or stolen
property including personal property that is left at the premises and/or property damage.

The premises are located in a natural rural environment that has many hazards. Due to the carefully preserved natural
environment within and around the property there are many man-made and natural hazards such as steep cliffs, natural
ravines, swimming pools, hottub, sauna, water features, insects, poisonous snakes and spiders, loose rocks and boulders
used ornamentally around the property, unlit paths and stairs, cobble stones, fireplace smoke etc. that requires extra
vigilance and precaution around the premises.

In consideration of the permission granted by Chamera LLC and its owners to accept the above named guest in any activity on the premises, the undersigned guest hereby agrees to release and hold harmless Chamera LLC, any and all of
the premises owners, and all affiliated individuals and entities.

The undersigned guest waives and relinquishes any and all claims, liability, cause of action, damages, or costs for
wrongful death, personal injury and/or property damage that occurs on the premises. The undersigned guest
acknowledges that they have been fully advised of the risks and potential dangers incidental to the use of the premises
and of engaging in the activity for which this release and registration is submitted, and voluntarily and knowingly assume
the risks of use of the premises and of engaging in the activity on the premises.

As a condition of the Guest’s use of the property, the undersigned Guest hereby releases Chamera LLC from all claims,
and waives and relinquishes any claim, liability, cause of action, damages and costs for any lost or stolen property
including personal property that is left at the premises. Guests are urged to carry their own personal property insurance.

Further, the undersigned guest agrees to hold Chamera LLC, and any and all of the property owners, and all affiliated
individuals and entities harmless in the event of any claim or action related to guest’s activity at or related to the premises, including the payment of any attorney’s fees and court costs related to such claim or action.

The undersigned guest furthermore agrees to observe the premises entertainment, noise and 9:00 pm quiet time policy:
In consideration of local noise ordinances and our neighbors, no outdoor amplification, no outdoor music, no outdoor
drumming, no outdoor group vocal expressions, no parties, no loud stereo volume or any noisy or disturbing activities are permitted anywhere on the property. Outdoor related activities to please end by 9:00 pm. The undersigned guest agrees to
observe quiet time in the pool, hot tub and sauna area if in use past 9:00 pm.

Any activity that creates excessive noise and/or other disturbance will result in forfeiture of Renter’s security and noise
deposit, including early termination and immediate eviction from the premises.

Retreat ticket sales are only refundable within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, sales are final. Within 7 days of the retreat, all sales are final.

Commune has a strict "no pets allowed on site" policy.
