Untangle yourself from problematic relationships to work, romance, social media, drugs, alcohol, sex, gambling, food, or family.
Pain is the touchstone for all spiritual progress. It is the beginning of personal transformation.
The 12-step process moves the root causes of our suffering from unconscious to conscious awareness and offers a systematic approach to healing.
- Identify a specific problem and recognize change is possible. This can be as obvious as substance abuse or as subtle as your relationship with your phone.
- Do a thorough personal inventory to uncover unhealthy patterns and your role in perpetuating those patterns.
- Become truly willing to hand over a way of being that is not working.
- Learn how to work with a mentor to keep you on track.
- Discover the power of addressing your past and making amends.
- Collect practices to stay connected to your new perspective.
- Live a life filled with compassion and purpose.
If you are willing to make the commitment, this program is nothing less than a miraculous tool for feeling free, connected, and content.

"There's an assumption that 12-step recovery is for addicts and alcoholics — and that is indeed how I found my way into the program. But what is also true is that 12-step recovery is for everyone."
The Course
Each day Russell shares his interpretation of the 12-step system of recovery.
Day 1: Are You A Bit Fucked?
Day 2: Could You Not Be Fucked?
Day 3: Are you, on your own, going to āunfuckā yourself?
Day 4: Write down all the things that are fucking you up or have ever fucked you up and donāt lie, or leave anything out.
Day 5: Honestly tell someone trustworthy about how fucked you are.
Day 6: Well thatās revealed a lot of fucked up patterns. Do you want to stop it? Seriously?
Day 7: Are you willing to live in a new way thatās not all about you and your previous, fucked up stuff? You have to.
Day 8: Prepare to apologize to everyone for everything affected by your being so fucked up.
Day 9: Now apologize. Unless that would make things worse.
Day 10: Watch out for fucked up thinking and behaviour and be honest when it happens.
Day 11: Stay connected to your new perspective.
Day 12: Look at life less selfishly, be nice to everyone, help people if you can.
