Rodney Yee
A pioneer of yoga in the U.S., Rodney Yee has been teaching for over four decades, with instructional courses often ranking among the top 10 fitness programs in the country. He first introduced yoga to millions when he appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1999 and has since been featured on CNN, PBS, and more. Rodney is a co-chair of the Urban Zen Health and Wellness Initiative, which integrates yoga and holistic therapies into hospitals across the U.S.
Colleen Saidman-Yee
Called "The First Lady of Yoga" by The New York Times, Colleen is one of the most respected teachers in the field. A former international model and shiatsu practitioner, she worked with Mother Teresa in Calcutta and co-directs the Urban Zen Integrative Yoga Therapist Program, helping transform care in hospitals. She is also the author of Yoga for Life: A Journey to Inner Peace and Freedom.
