In Day 3’s lessons, Lynne will share with you the three toxic myths of scarcity and how they shape your view of reality. In another guided meditation, you’ll experience the ways you get hooked by the mindset of scarcity.

In this video, you have the opportunity to examine your personal money “sob stories” and “life sentences.” Take ownership for how you talk about what has happened to you regarding money! Otherwise these false narratives will keep you stuck. Plus, this lesson includes an exercise for freeing yourself from the grip of these financial sob stories.

When you take full responsibility for how you show up in the world and you own your mistakes rather than blame them on other people, you're free — no matter what has happened to you financially. Follow Lynne through a short meditation to identify where you’ve been trapped in the Drama Triangle (victim, hero, villain), and learn to release your narratives, feelings, and limitations through your body.

Discover a context for money that will inspire you to embrace every aspect of yourself and life as “enough.” Learn the principle of sufficiency and the profound impact it has on your experience of life and how you relate to yourself and your resources. Lynne also shares a compelling personal story and how she learned that money is like water. You’ll never relate to money the same again after hearing her story!

Now that you’ve completed your guided week of fasting, Dr. Cole discusses how you can continue with the 12-hour protocol in this course and offers additional “advanced” protocols for fasting to potentially try. 

Today Lynne expands on the principle of sufficiency, and encourages you to adopt practices to cultivate more sufficiency in your life. You’ll receive nine practices to become a role model of sufficiency, and you’ll discover that being happy is actually an act of service: The world needs more people who model sufficiency and spread positivity!

Lynne defines wealth as a combination of well-being and wholeness, which are in turn interconnected with your personal integrity. She takes you through several practices to work on your integrity and create wholeness within yourself and your word — a necessary component for the harmonious flow of money in and out of your life.

In Day 10’s lessons, you’ll learn the distinction between gratitude and gratefulness, encouraging you to cultivate both in your daily life. You’ll also receive four exercises to support you in continuing to live a life that is true to the principle of sufficiency, sacred reciprocity, and gratitude.
