The Younger You Method
with Dr. Kara Fitzgerald
Learn a simple diet and lifestyle program to slow down how fast you age — and even age in reverse!
Live Healthier, Longer
Your chronological age (based on birthdays) can only go in one direction, but new research shows that with the right diet and lifestyle strategies, your biological age (how fast your body is aging) can slow down — and even go in reverse.
The Younger You Method is based on Dr. Kara Fitzgerald’s groundbreaking clinical trial that shaved more than 3 years off participants’ biological age in just 8 weeks.
At the core of this research is a new understanding of epigenetics and how a variety of factors – from what and when you eat, to how you sleep and manage stress, to your toxin exposures – combine to influence the expression of your genes.
This course provides you with the precise protocols – including delicious recipes, superfood tips, mindfulness techniques, and simple changes to your daily routines – that can turn back the clock on your biological age.
